The man who is charged of raping a 94-year-old Palo Alto woman in 2002 may face a jury trial. If you suspect that an elderly member of your family has been sexually assualted, the New Jersey elderly abuse lawyers of  Levinson Axelrod may be able to help you get the compensation that is deserved for your mistreatment.

In 2004, the man’s DNA was matched to the crime after getting arrested for Domestice Violence charges. The man’s former girlfriend identified a necklace that belonged to him and was found at the scene of the crime. The man is being held without bail and is set to return to court on Dec. 11 for arraignment on the charges.
