A 30-year-old woman is being charged with two felonies of embezzlement and obtaining money under false pretenses. She was a caretaker for a 73-year-old retired doctor. If you suspect that an elderly person you love is being abused, the New Jersey eldercare abuse lawyers of Levinson Axelrod may be able to help you fight for what you deserve.

Investigators say that between the 2006-2007 period the 30-year-old woman and her husband could have gotten anywhere between $2.5 million and $3 million. Investigators believe that the retired doctored could have been drugged, which helped her caretaker take advantage of her.
